Talking therapy
I offer a personalised approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). This means I can offer you a bespoke therapy to meet your particular needs and goals.

EMDR
EMDR is a gold-standard treatment for trauma, but can also be used effectively for other difficulties. It supports the processing and updating of distressing memories so that they are stored in a healthier way in the brain. This can lead to a reduction in distress and symptoms such as flashbacks and intrusive thoughts. As well as addressing distress, EMDR is also used to develop healthy coping strategies and psychological resources.
